Honoring Teacher Marcia Potter for 23 Years of Service

Sunrise Children’s Center Honors Teacher as She Retires

Regional Services Education Center and Sunrise Children’s Center are pleased to honor Marcia Potter of Wilton, New Hampshire. Ms. Marcia who will retire in June of this year. She devoted more than 23 years to Sunrise, an inclusionary early childhood educational center offering day care, after school and summer programs for children ages six week to six years old.

RSEC’s board of directors and Nancy Gagnon, Sunrise Children Center’s director, presented Potter with a certificate of appreciation for exemplary service at a recent recognition event.

“Marcia has served as a teacher and as an associate teacher at the Center and has touched the lives of many of the area’s preschoolers,” said Gagnon, whose own child was a student in Ms. Marcia’s class.

Families whose children attended class with Ms. Marcia are welcomed to send well wishes and cards to the Center at 94 Route 101A, PO Box 370, Amherst NH 03031.
