
Award winners also recognized during June 13 celebration
The RSEC Academy High School is proud to announce its graduating Class of 2019 as well as its award recipients. The nine graduating seniors were celebrated at an event on Thursday, June 13.
“We are so proud of these individuals and the opportunity we had to come together as a community of students, educators and parents to hear and celebrate their individual stories that have culminated in graduating from The RSEC Academy. Our teachers did an outstanding job highlighting student accomplishments and capturing our students at their best. The smiles, laughter, tears and hugs said it all. We wish these individuals the best as the move to the next phase of their lives,” said Janet Reed, director of The RSEC Academy who also presided over the ceremony.

- Austin Richardson of Litchfield, NH
In addition to celebrating the next step in their academic and professional careers, The RSEC Academy High School recognized the following standout students:
- Personal Development Award – Rose Carbonneau, who has greatly matured, thinks more about others and has shown an increased sense of responsibility for her academics and personal actions.
- Leadership Award – Ian Hamblen, who has taken new students under his wing and helped mentor them, plays a leadership role in the classroom with professionalism and is unafraid to give suggestions, offer feedback and actively engage in discussions.
- Student of the Year Award – Parker Bowen, a junior from New Boston – for her academic achievement, attendance, hard work, perseverance, loyalty and self-discipline.
