Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Answering phone and email inquiries
  • Greeting students and visitors
  • Filing (paper and digital)
  • Data entry
  • Tracking student attendance
  • Maintaining accurate permanent student files with all necessary information for non­public school and special education requirements, such as report cards, transcripts, and school-related documents
  • Meeting strict deadlines

Qualifications, required skills and experience:

  • Ability to multitask while maintaining a calm, pleasant, and positive attitude
  • Possess strong administrative and computer skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, and Google Suite software products
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Must work well with others
