Held on Thursday, September 29, Regional Services and Education Center (RSEC), celebrated its fifth annual Fall Festival. The event was highlighted by unveiling newly renovated classrooms, the arrival of a new playground and a special dedication to long-time RSEC director, Judy Koch, who recently retired after 48 years. While wage pressures are real, some very creative efforts have been put in place over the past few years that have enabled some centers to reduce ongoing operational costs and invest these savings into staff resources and benefits that help centers with longer term sustainability.
