Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Speech and Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Amherst, New Hampshire. The ideal candidate will be experienced in working with students in grades 5-12 with varying educational disabilities. This position offers the opportunity to work in a supportive, small therapeutic environment with manageable caseloads, allowing for individualized and meaningful support for each student.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide speech and language therapy services to students in grades 5-12, with a focus on students with a variety of educational disabilities.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other staff to create and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
Assess and evaluate students’ communication abilities, identify areas of need, and develop appropriate therapy goals.
Design and deliver individualized and group therapy interventions to improve communication, social, and academic skills.
Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and meet all reporting requirements.
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
Valid state licensure and certification in Speech-Language Pathology (NH licensure preferred).
Experience working with students in grades 5-12, particularly those with educational disabilities.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with students, staff, and families.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a small, close-knit environment.

Competitive Benefits
Starting Salary Range- $75,000-$90,000
